You want to keep an accurate yet gentle count of your corrections back to your focal point, so a phone isn't the best way to count each individual correction.
What you'll need:
-A Bowl
-6-20ish tiny balls of paper
DO THIS:
During your session have the bowl near you and the paper in your hand when you correct dorp (1) paper ball in the bowl.
Important: Best to enter your correction during the break.
