8 Great Videos for your Conversion Rate Optimization strategy
"Every business should engage in this practice. It's intuitive for those who've run businesses in the physical world. Imagine owning a record store where every day a thousand people come in, browse the shelves, and pick up records. Now, imagine if 99% of those people either put the record back or, even worse, put it in a cart, walked around with it, and then left, with half of them just leaving without buying anything. As the manager, you’d probably want to know why this is happening."

My Favorite Takeaway :
If you’re a smart consumer and you click on an ad with a great hook, only to land on a page with a headline that's a bit off-center, spelling mistakes, or issues like improper scrolling on mobile, it all makes a difference. Things like inconsistent font usage, poorly aligned text, excessive spacing between sections, and unprofessional images can significantly impact your perception. All of these details matter and can influence how you view the brand.

My Favorite Takeaway :

My billion-dollar tip is to find ways to engage with people who are on the verge of converting—those who almost got a quote or nearly made a purchase. Ask them directly what stopped them. Was there anything that prevented them from getting a quote or completing the purchase? Collect that data, come up with solutions to address the issues, and then test those solutions.

We all have great ideas, but subject them to disciplined testing. Measure whether the changes actually help, and then refine and repeat the process. Make this a habit, and continuously seek to improve.

My Favorite Takeaway :

My Favorite Takeaway :
There are no secrets, no magic—it’s purely hard work. Conversion optimization consists of two parts: doing research to understand the problems, and from those problems, developing hypotheses about what should be changed to address and fix them. We don’t know what will work at first, so we come up with multiple ideas for treatments and then run experiments to see which ones actually work and which work best. It's a combination of research and experimentation. Stop guessing and start thinking about data-backed hypotheses—that’s how you optimize websites.

My Favorite Takeaway :
I'm often quoted saying that if you survey a thousand people, the percentage of responses you get will generally translate to what you'd see if a million or even a billion people participated. The cutoff for statistically significant results seems to be around a thousand people. However, it's important to decide what counts as statistically significant for your specific situation.
